Print last mail received without old messages?
Hi Milly, You provided the below answer to Sharphorn59's question, however your solution doesn't work with Outlook 2007. I believe, however, it did work with Outlook 2003. Do you have any other solutions for that problem? -- Yvette "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: YOu can delete the earlier communications and then print the resulting reply, but do not save. Close the item and elect to not save changes and the entire item will be saved. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, SharpHorn59 asked: | Trying to print just the last mail message received including header | details, without printing the (often) many earlier messages between | the parties. | Can highlight & Ctrl+P selection, but that does not give the header | details of sender & time etc. | Using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. |
