Default Adding standard text to outgoing emails

Does someone out there know how to add a standard text message at the bottom
of each outgoing email? I.e. I want to have a 2-line message that is
automatically attached to each email I sent out (and I don't want to type it
each time).

Make it a signature. Tools | Options | Signatures. Create it and check:
Always add to outgoing messages.

Or, create a Template. Open a New Message window and press Enter twice to
move the cursor to the third line. Create the text and then File | Save As
and save it to the Desktop as an .eml file. Click on this icon and the text
you created is there waiting to be the last item in your message.

Bruce, thanks for the suggestions. I tried both. Option 1 is OK except that
when the text appears in the message I create, it looks great. However, I
conducted "tests" by sending sample emails to myself and the inserted text is
wrapped. I spent about 5 iterations trying to get it to look better but it
keeps wrapping in unexpected places.

When I tried Option 2, a bunch of "garbage" characters got inserted that
looked to be indicators of the headers to an email or something.

I don't think this should be so difficult or time-consuming.....

Are you sending plain text messages or HTML?

OE applies wrapping as the message is written to the Outbox or saved to
Drafts. The wrapping is applied based on your settings in Tools,
Options, Send, HTML or Plain Text Settings.

Additionally, any "Enters" you placed in the signature while composing
will also be there.
