Default Closing permanently "Getting Started"

Whenever I open MS Word (2003) at the right side of the window appears an annoying "Getting Started" + help subwindow.
I have always to close it explicitely. How do I get permanently get rid of this automatic help panel?

Locate the following registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\C ommon\General

And then delete DoNotDismissFileNewTaskPane
