WHERE (((workshop.workshopname)=[workshopname?])); Please tell me how to do this, i tried a dcount but i am unsure of the syntax. also is there a select clause also that i need to add to properties in report? -Misty -- Message posted via AccessMonster.com http://www.accessmonster.com/Uwe/For...ports/200707/1 |

You might want to remove the parameter query and reference a control on a
form. Then create a totals query like: SELECT Handoutrating, Count(*) as NumOf FROM [Lots of tables] WHERE Workshopname= Forms!frmYourForm!cboWSName GROUP BY Handoutrating; Then create a subreport based on this query and add it to the existing Report Footer section. -- Duane Hookom Microsoft Access MVP "Mitchell_Collen via AccessMonster.com" wrote: Help please.
