Product Key Incorrect message when installing 2007 Home and Studen
I received a laptop for Christmas that had a trial version of Microsoft
Office Home and Student 2007 pre-installed on it. I already have the full version of this software on a disk, so I uninstalled the trial version and tried loading the software on my computer, but still received the message that the product key is incorrect. I am definitely entering the correct product key from the sticker on the inside of the case. The software from this disk can be loaded on three computers and has only been used on one other computer, which also uses VISTA and is working just fine. Why am I getting a message that the product key is incorrect? I don't have access to the Internet on this computer yet -- could I be receiving this message because I am not connected to the Internet? |

You checked your Add/Remove dialogue (or whatever Vista calls it) for any
remains of your trial, eg activation assistant etc? "Kundrum" wrote in message ...
