Reviewing Toolbar Opens Automatically (Visio 2003 SP2)
Every time I open a particular file, the Reviewing toolbar opens up
automatically even though I am not using Track Changes. This problem is not there in other files that I open. How do I stop Visio from automatically opening the Reviewing toolbar every time I open this file?
