Default "Active Title bar" for Office 2007 applications in dark color

It is a stupid question.
Is there a way to make "Active Title bar" in dark color.
The same way as it is with other Windows application.
I always try to drag a window by selecting "menu bar" because it is in
dark color.
Tnx in advance

If you click on the little down arrow just to the right of the repeat
button (the circular arrow), select "More Commands...", then "Popular",
you find a "Color Scheme" drop down menu. Select "Black" then click "OK"
at the bottom.
