Default Individual email to my contacts WITH an attachment

Is there something I can do within Outlook to:

1. Send an individaul email to all contacts within a folder
2. Add an attachment to this email

If this is not possible using the Mail Merge feature (which I believe it is
not), can a macro be used to basically go through a contacts folder and send
the same email to all the contacts. No, I'm not a spammer or wanting to
write a worm virus... I just want to send an email to about 200 people in my
contacts folder and this email needs a file attachment.

Thanks in advance!

Not possible natively. You'll need to use third party add-ins.
