Default Import Data_Master Shape

Visio 2007.

I am importing org data (650+ employees) with the master shape defined. I
have created a custom template and stencil with the same master shapes
(executive10, executive11, executive12, manager20, manager21, manager22,
assitant40, assistant41, assistant42, etc.) The org wizard runs with no
errors and when I look at the document stencil everything looks great but
when I look at the Drawing Explorer there is a different master for EACH
employee. executive10.1386, executive10.1546, executive10.2071, etc.)
Making changes to the master shape in the document stencil does not change
the shape in the drawing. This defeats the purpose of the master shape.
Also The file is HUGE!!

Any ideas?
