Default "Application is not available" error msg. when trying to insert so

Hi! I'am trying to insert a a back sound in a Outlook message, but appears a
message: "This object was created in HTMLInlineSound Ctl. This appliction is
not available to open this object. Make sure the appliction is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, removed or renamed"

Can I workaround this?
Thank you

That feature was intentionally "broken" by Service Pack 2 for Windows
XP. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299 "'Application is not
available' error messages when you try to insert some Web Tools in Word".
