Portrait header & footer with a landscape document
Can I have header & footer for portrait orientation with a landscape oriented
document? I understand that there is a workaround if I use table and then select the appropriate direction of text i.e. at the right angle to page orientation, but it's not very convenient to enter text that goes in vertical direction.
