How do I fix: Error Starting MS Help
I am using Office 2003 Professional. When I am in Word 2003 and perform
a search in Help, I get a list of results matching my search term. However, when I click on one of the results, I get the following error message: "Error Starting MS Help". It happens whether it is online or Offline help. This is only happening in Word. Excel's help works fine. When I attempt 'Detect and Repair' I get the following error message: 'msiexec.exe cannot be started. I have performed a reinstall of Office 2003, but the problem remains. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
