Default outlook 2007 stops working when I right click emails (Vista)

Any ideas how to fix this, please?

Frequently when I right click emails, the screen fades and I get the Vista
error message to say Outlook has stopped working.

What's logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
If yes, it's probably caused by an addin.

Thanks - you mentioned the Event Viewer. I have looked up what it says, but
am none the wiser. it says:
OUtlook.exe
12.0.6316.5000
4833a470
ntdll.dll
6.0.6001.18000
4791a7a6
c0000374
000b015d
16fc
01c9a7f776c1ee8b
Any idea what that means,please?

Thanks.

It is early days, but removing the add-ins, as you suggested seems to have
done the trick.
