Default PLEASE HELP -- EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

I purchased a new computer today that came with a 60-day trial version
of Office Home and Student 2007.

I want to activate it but I must have a product key.

There is NO product key anywhere in the material that came with the
computer.

I am supposed to be able to activate it online by purchasing a product
key.

I have been trying for TWO GODDAM HOURS to purchase a product key to
activate the product with no success.

I can go to the Microsoft site that lets me buy the software. I click
on BUY and go to a shopping cart that shows the product in the cart. I
then click on CONTINUE and it asks me to establish an account with my
email address and password. I enter that info into the blanks
provided and click CONTINUE.

The email address and password I entered are then wiped out and I'm
stuck on that screen -- enter again, click CONTINUE, wiped out, over
and over and over.

As usual, there is not an 800 number available -- I know -- I tried. I
found a couple of them but they take me to that goddam voice
recognition system and it requires me to have a product key!!!

But that's what I am trying to buy!!!

Can anyone provide me with an 800 number that goes to somewhere that I
can purchase the product key???

And don't tell me to go to Best Buy and buy a box -- I am in a remote
rural area and don't have access to any place that sells software.

Buy it from Amazon.com and save some money.

If you *really* want to use the trial version, call the computer
manufacturer and ask them where the key is located.

normally on new laptop, they don't give a permanent key.
It's a trial of 60 day like symantec or norton.
Amazon is a good idea, i saw some product cheaper than what it's is really.

Check that and come back to us

Default PLEASE HELP -- EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

I am extremely frusterated because I bought Office home and student and I am
trying to enter in my access code and it won't let me. It goes to the page
to enter in the code and it won't let you click on it or type it in. I have
been trying for days to get this to work. If anyone knows what to do please
let me know. I can't even find a tech support number to call.

Is there any message on that page that tells you something is missing or
incorrect?

Microsoft offers great discount for students, if your school qualifies.
