Have you looked in the Deleted Items Folder?

and if you find it there, drag it back to the Contacts Folder.

I always recommend the use of the Folder List so you can see what you're
doing.Bottom left corner of Outlook , in the Navigation Pain, click the
Folder List button. Now you can see what your actual folder structure is and
drag easilly from one folder to another.

Hi,

Try the data-recover tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. It can help
to undelete the emails you delete by mistake. You can download a free
demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe .

And visiting http://www.datanumen.com/aor/ can get detailed
information about Advanced Outlook Repair.

The question is about a deleted Contact, not email.
