Office Button | Save As, choose PowerPoint Show.

Please write your question in the body, not only in the subject.

Are you looking for "Slide Show / Set up Show / Browse at a kiosk"? Or do
you want to advance slides automatically after some seconds? Than go to
"Animations / Advance Slide / Automatically after" and deactivate "On Mouse
Click".
