Autotext
Hi,
We are networked using terminal services. Our version of Word is 2000. We have a document that is created by selecting individual paragraphs. Each individual paragraph is stored in its own file, and the user does Insert - File to select the paragraphs they want to include in the document. There are about 100 paragraphs to choose from. One user asked if we can have all the pagagraphs stored as AutoText entries instead of individual files. I know we can, but is there a way to make these AutoText entries available globally, so each individual user doesn't have to create their own set of AutoText entries? Thanks, |

Yes, making AutoText available globally is easy. See
