Bouncing is a useless waste of time and bandwidth and verifies your email
address to spammers. The best solution is using a spam filter on the email server - if your email provider doesn't use spam filters, you'll need to install one on your computer. I recommend something like mailwasher or any third party spam filter - using Organize is pretty much a waste of time as spammers never use the same address twice. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Join OneNote Tips mailing list: http://www.onenote-tips.net/ "steve" wrote in message news how do i prevent unwanted emails from even entering my inbox. i would like to block them and automatically send them back. all i know now is to use the organize option and send them to my delete folder |

You can't - Outlook rules only work on mail received in the In-box. It does
not have the ability to automatically bounce mails before being received. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
