Default how do you link file folders to appointments or tasks in outlook

I am trying to copy or link various file folders created in other places on
my computer to calander appointments and tasks. Does anyone know how this can
be accomplish?

Have you tried using the file:// URL format:

file://c:\\my files\this file.doc=20

--=20
