Default How do you write a T with a bar on it?

How do you write the notation for an average value? Sth like T with a bar on
it. How do you get the bar on the T?

sheezyspearean,

1) Find a font that has the character you want.
2) Create your own font using any of the many utilities available.
3) Fudge it by using cells from two rows - the one above with the Underscore character, and the one
below with the T. Make the heights of the rows so that they print without appearing to be two rows.
