Default Problems Exiting PowerPoint

When I select the "Exit Powerpoint" option, a window pops up saying that
"Microsoft Office PowerPoint has stopped working". If I closeout PowerPoint
using the "X" in the top right of the screen, often PowerPoint tries to
restart and I have to select "Cancel" to have it close out and not restart.
I have not modified any settings to try and resolve this.

Default Problems Exiting PowerPoint

If you go to Office Button | PPT Options | Add-ins, what is listed there?
