I've created a report in Access from shopping information. I'm trying to make sure the page breaks without cutting sections in half. Meaning, I have Agent Susie Que and she has 5 shops and three are on the bottom of one page and two are on the top of the next, I would like all of Susie to go the next page so her information is easy to read. How do I do this?

Genevieve

Are you using Grouping in your report definition?

If you Group by [Agent], then require Access to keep the details together
under group(s), would that do it?

Group on Agent and force a page break.
