How do I convert a publisher file to a PDF file
I know it's easier to create a .pdf file in Word, but that's Word and not
Publisher. Try the steps I listed. They work - honest. I use Acrobat 5 and Publisher and they work together quite nicely. As a matter of fact, I always create my ..pdf files that way, regardless of the program I'm using. -- JoAnn Paules - MVP Microsoft Publisher "Michele" wrote in message ... JoAnn Ed kindly referred me to check the web for the answer already posted to this question...and I am still having trouble. I have adobe acrobat 6 professionals. I can not seem to find print .distiller driver as an option. I DID read the manual. To create a PDF it says to go to file and it lists the simple steps. I follow them. All my files are shown to choose from. I can easily create a PDF from word. Just did it a minute ago. All my publisher documents come up with a grey errror box which I tried to send to another MVP and was told not to do that. I am really not this thick...but so many things are not working with my new publisher that I am begining to wonder I don't have a corrupted version. |
