Default Calendar Appointment

When an appointment is entered into a date and time and enter is pushed the
appointment reverts to the current date and time. It does not appear in the
date and time slot where it was entered.

Default Calendar Appointment

Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?

Can you reproduce this in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start- Run; outlook.exe /safe
(note the space in the command)
