Default 2007 Office Standard-Wont download

I put the cd in, went to "my computer", double clicked on the icon. It says
that an unidentified program is trying to access my computer, I tell it it's
ok and nothing happens. It's a brand new computer, I un-installed the 60 day
free trial of Office...no clue, help please.
