Meeting scheduling: one user grayed out

Hello!

I have one user on an SBS 2003 domain who is grayed out when other users try
to send a meeting request to him from Outlook 2003, and all other users are
grayed out in the Scheduling window if he is the one trying to send a
meeting request.

The server is SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003, clients are XP Pro with Outlook
2003. Any idea why others see him as grayed out in the scheduling window and
why he sees everyone else grayed out? If I hold the mouse over the grayed
out (actually it is backward slanted lined out) line, I see "no information"
and "no free/busy information could be retrieved" in the flyover tip.

Does this user use a .pst file for mail delivery or an exchange mailbox?

Well, until you asked, I assumed it was an Exchange profile. However, this
person is a new user whom we did not set up. Someone else in the company set
up this person. I will take a look next week when they re-open.

Is there any way to tell from the server or only from his workstation if he
uses a PST?
