Default Using email addresses from an Excel spreadsheet?

Hello, I have a TON of email addresses contained in an Excel spreadsheet. I
would love to be able to just cut and paste (or something similar) them into
an email that I need to send.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance,
jan

You would have to convert the xls worksheet into CSV format, making sure
that it is in the following format as regards the appropriate columns and
that CSV file can then be imported into the Address Book (note that the
comma is a separator for respective columns):

First Name,Last Name,Middle Name,Name,Nickname,E-mail Address,Home
Street,Home City,Home Postal Code,Home State,Home Country/Region,Home
Phone,Home Fax,Mobile Phone,Personal Web Page,Business Street,Business
City,Business Postal Code,Business State,Business Country/Region,Business
Web Page,Business Phone,Business Fax,Pager,Company,Job
Title,Department,Office Location,Notes

Are you wanting the addresses in the To field.
Highlight the addresses, Copy, Paste.
Note: most ISPs limit the number of addresses in any field. 25 is probably
the limit.
Note: put the addresses in the Bcc field and your address in the To field.

Are you wanting someone to have the addresses?
Save as a csv file and send the file.
