When I click on the Address icon on my menu bar, I get the message that the
contacts folder cannot be opened. The error message gives some reasons like
it can't be found or it's been mover, etc. I'm running Microsoft Office 2003
with service pack 3.

How can I get my address book (Contacts) bac?

Question has been answered countless times. You have managed to create an
outdated or invalid reference to your Contacts Folder in the address book
view, most likely by migrating data incorrectly. Remove the invalid
reference. Add a correct one. Do so he Tools E-mail accounts View or
change existing directories or address books Outlook Address Book
