Office conflicting version

I upgraded to Office 2007 recently, however my diagnostic is telling me
I am running 2 conflicting versions of Office Outlook
Small Business 2007 and Outlook 2003.
But when I go into add/remove programs to select Outlook 2003.
I get an error that says the installation source for this product is not
available!!!

HELP!!
