Default Excel database query

I am using Office 97. I recently moved an access
database from one network drive to another. I have an
excel database query to that database that no longer
works. Do I have to somehow update the query to look at
the new location of the database? I can't seem to find
out how to do this. Help!

I dont know about '97, but you could try this:

under view select toolbars external data

on the very left of my external data toolbar is something called "edit
query".
when it opens, click cancel, and say "yes" when it asks to to continue
editing the query in microsoft query. then go to FileTable Definition
and you'll be able to select the data source there. What I am not
sure, is if it will remember the rest of the properties of your query.
