Default hyperlinks

I currently have multiple documents on different file
servers linked together via hyperlinks using Excel 97. In
the future (a year) the server names will be changing due
to infrastructure upgrades and as the hyperlinks use the
full path of a document these will have to be edited.

The problem is that there are hundreds of links within
and I wondered whether there is a faster way than editing
every single link to accomodate the new server name?

I have a prototype utility that might help you.

You are welcome to try it - email me at Bill_Manville @ compuserve.com
(without the spaces) for a copy.

I have never had time to properly finish it, but it tackles hyperlinks
as well as other types of links.
