Default Outlook 2003 locks up with attachments....

I upgraded from 2002 to 2003. Outlook runs fine until I reboot then:

Trying to look at any email with an attachment or embeded graphic, or to
look at "help about" locks up Outlook. The only way to get it running again
is to do a detect and repair from the install disk. If I then close Outlook
it will not run again until I reboot, and then the cycle repeats itself.

Anyone have any experience with this?
