Default Where are the message rules?

After a hard drive crash, I reinstalled OE6 to a new drive. Now the old
mail message rules are missing. How can I recover the old mail message
rules? (Files on the old hard drive are still readable.)

Thanks,
Don Culp

See http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/partial.htm

Not related: Your headers tell me you're running a very outdated and much
less-secure version of IE, OE and Windows. Please visit Windows Update
ASAP.

The rules are stored in the Registry and the Registry has to be in use.
So, you can't get your old rules unless you can boot the old drive.
