Default outlook express does not see word

I got a new pc with preloaded works 7 standard and a trial version of office
2003. I deleted the trial version of office and find that outlook
express[ tools.....options....program tab] html editor is now limited to
notepad. question...since works is loaded and it has a fully functioning
word program with a spell checked how does one get oe to see it for the
editor. I assume that office must have been the oe other editor choice on
the original install.

Hi oldcrusty,

Don't shoot the messenger, but Works version 7.0 does not share it's
proofing tools with Outlook Express.

If you do not have one of the programs, such as Microsoft Word, that share
it's proofing tools with Outlook Express. There is freeware for download
via the web to accomplish this function.
