Word 2003 changes formatting of Word 97 document
I am getting desperate so I have turned to a discussion group. When I open a
document in Word 2003 that was completed in Word 97, the formatting of the document is all changed. The right margins appear to be set in about 2" and the bottom is set about 3.5" but when I look at the page layout, everything is set exactly how I want it (margins, paper size, header/footer, etc). When I print out the document it prints out very tiny. It looks like it would fit in a small brochure format. The font looks to be about 8 points! Has anyone had this problem before? We just recently switched from Word 97 to Word 2003 (about 2 weeks ago) and I really need help. Thank you. -- Cheers, D |

Your document contains comments or tracked changes. Display the Reviewing
toolbar and change the view to Final rather than Final Showing Markup, and you'll see it just as you expect. -- Suzanne S.
