Default Missing menu and toolbars in word

Hi There. I am having problems with a query given to me by a user. Somehow they have managed to get rid of their main menu bar and all toolbars and i cant find a way of getting them back again. I thought there must be a way of restoring this back to normal by keystokes or something?

ps all of the other Microsoft applications are fine it is just word.

Have tried reinstalling Office but still the menus are not there.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Jill

If you are in full screen mode, press the Escape key once to exit that
mode. Otherwise, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm .
