Default OFFLINE ACTIVATION

I recently bought an Office 2003 upgrade for use on a computer that will NEVER be used for internet access due to highly confidential information and my concerns about hackers. I would still like to be able to use my version of Office on it. Is there a way for me to activate the product without having to go online since that is not possible with this machine.
Please advise.
