template and style questions.
Hi. Taking a look at this set of steps:
- Create a custom template with styles the way we want. - Create a document from the template. - Realize the template was NOT the way we wanted. - Change the properties of a style within the document. (Normal was changed to have paragrpah spacing.) - Save the document. Where are the properties of the Normal paraphraph style saved? I have been operating under the assumption that style is saved with the document. Once the document is created it maintains no further relationship to the custom template. Is this correct? Thanks S |

The style changes are saved in the document. If someone checks the box "save
to template" in modifying the style, then it is saved to the template as well. Waa Hoo. The TOC for the style one should read "Stephanie, go here to get
all the information about Styles that you have been unable to get out of MS Word help thusfar." Thanks S "Charles Kenyon" wrote in message ... The style changes are saved in the document.
