Creating new e-mail by clicking on e-mail address...
When I click on a linked e-mail address, it opens up the Internet rather than
creating a new e-mail in Outlook. What settings should I change in Outlook to make this work?

The setting is in Internet Options, not Outlook. IE, Tools, Internet Options,
