Default "Need Help with Completeing Office Online Form"

I Carmella am currently seeking help with Microsoft Patient Registration
Online office form. I have never utilized this form, and I am seeking help as
to how to complete this form. The issue that I am having is when I get to a
designated box where I am too check the box, there seems too be a problem
when I try to checked the appropriate box. Could someone please assist me in
this matter. It would be greatly appreciated. This form that I am trying to
complete is for one of my Insurance Claim Processing course, and the form
must be completed in order to receive full credit.

I was actually on the Microsoft Word. Then, I began to scroll over to Getting
started on Template Help, and as I began viewing the rest of the options I
came across See also: Help and How to on office Online: Tips and tools for
working in Microsoft Office. When I started scrollling for Patient
Registration Forms in Healthcare.-- The help I need is learning how to check
within the appropriate square. That is where I am totally lost. I wish I
could show you how the form look.

Are you talking about the one titled "Medical Office Registration"? Starts
out "Name of Practice", Registration Form...

This one took some digging. The first thing I need to know is which version
of word are you using? The steps in Word 2003 are completely different than
the steps in Word 2007.

Default "Need Help with Completeing Office Online Form"

When the form is open, View - Toolbars - Forms. Try clicking on the little
lock icon. That should enable you to fill out the form in the normal
fashion. (I think - I'm doing this from memory and a little web help. I have
2007 on this system and it's completely different.)
