Outlook 2003 Message window stays open
On Windows XP, Outlook 2003 SP1, sometimes (not consistent) when we send emails that contain attachments (usually Word documents, but not always), the
email message is sent, but the message window stays open on the screen and on the taskbar. The Send button is grayed out. When we check with recipients, they have received the email message. This happens on more than one computer and for more than one user. Any ideas why this happens and how to prevent it? Thanks -- AARON NORTON |
