Jeg har mistet min Serial key

Jeg har re-instaleret min computer, for at få ryddet op i gamle filer etc.
men nu står jeg i den uheldige sitation, at jeg efter installationen har
fundet ud af, at det jeg troede var serial nøglen i virkeligheden ikke var
det, så jeg kan ikke installere mit Office. Jeg modtog i sin tid en e-mail
men serial nøglen i, men den er gået tabt med re-installationen. Er det
muligt at få tilsendt den e-mail igen, eller på anden måde, få sin serial
igen?

Håber nogen vil kunne hjælpe.

I've re-installed my computer to clean up old files, etc. but now I am in
the unfortunate situation, that after installation I found out that what I
thought was the serial key really was not, so now I can not install my
Office. I received an e-mail with the serial key in it when i got the
product, but it is lost with re-installation. Is it possible to receive the
email again, or otherwise, get the serial back?

Not unless its a retail version of Office and you have proof of purchase, ie
a receipt
