Yes, you can install it on your new computer, no problem. I have Office 2000
Pro on both XP Home and Pro.

trying to install my Office 2000 Pro, the installation program will not accept my product code ... how do I install it? I've switched from 2000 to XP

Hi mbNorski,

The Word 2000 product key appears on its CD case. It is not the same as the Windows XP product key.
