Default Creating New or Replying to mail - Message saying macros not enabl

When creating a new, replying to or forwarding mail, a Visual Basic message saying that Macros are not enabled in this project - please refer to host program help to find out how to enable. I have tried lots of things but still get the same message. Can anyone help???

Assistance will be much appreciated.

Dave
