Default conditional formatting......

I am looking for the easiest way to create a conditional formatting
formula for roughly 1000 rows, and 12 columns. What I want is if any
values are an exact duplicate to highlight all cells that are a match.
Im sorry if I didn't explain, well enough if you have any questions
please let me know.

Thanks for your help
