Default Copy & Paste from Internet Explorer

I often need to copy data from my principals website. There are 3 columns in
that website.

These fields are available in 3 different columns:

1- ProductNo
2- Description
3- Price

I copy data and paste it into Excel spreadsheet and than import it to a
Access database. Is there any short cut that I copy data direct to Access
database in relevant fields.
