I am using word 2000 and presently i am using the catlog type of merge.

My
mail merge consists of a number of items such as title, name and

address. As
opposed to have a continous list of records i would like to show records

in
pairs , side by side. So instead of having one lot of records (

title,name
and address) after the other i would like on the left hand side of the

page
( left hand column in a table) to show the first record ( title,name and
address) and on the right hand side show the next record.
e.g. instead of
record 1
record 2
record 3

Appearing one after the other i would like

record 1 | record 2
record 3 | record 4
