Problems with cross-refernces on captions
Hello,
I have problems with non-standart captions which we use in our documents. I do the following: 1. I create a template and save it on net-disk. 2. I create captions - Fig. and Tab. and saved them in this template. 3. I create a number of documents on the base of this template. 4. Different people edit these documents (they open them from net-disk and save on it). 5. After all editings I open documents and renew fields. Some cross-references to captions (Fig. and Tab.) are destroyed - "Error! Source is not found" (it's a translation from russian). 6. I open menu Insert - Reference - Captions and captions introduced by me (see point 2) are absent. What is the reason and what should I do to solve this problem? |
