I need to use the Office Excel grading template and then put each student's
grade into a Word document.

Which Grade Book Template are you using Averages, Points , Percentages ?....

I would probably be using all of these at one time or another. I need to be
able to pull out the information and incorporate it into a letter for each
student. I don't want to use mail merge for this. Thanks for your help.
