Business Contact History Window shows my Inbox! Help!
I somehow managed to make my inbox appear in the business contact history
window. My inbox is viewable only in that window, and in that window of every business contact. What did I do? How do I undo it? |

Business Contact History Window shows my Inbox! Help!
BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;836558 You should also install Office 2003 SP1, which addresses this issue. There is a separate SP for BCM as well. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "The CHIMP" The wrote in message ...
